JEWELRY CARE

GOLD FILLED CHAIN CARE

  • We proudly offer quality gold filled chain. With proper care, gold filled jewelry can last a lifetime!

  • If your chain comes in contact with any questionable products (listed below), you may wash the area with lukewarm water and a soft bristle brush. After rinsing, dry thoroughly with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid exposing pendant to water and soap.

BRONZE PENDANT CARE

  • Our pendants are cast in bronze and have been sealed with an anti tarnish protective coating. Avoid contact with the chemicals/conditions (listed below) to maintain the integrity of the protective coating.

  • For routine cleaning, simply buff with a softy, dry cloth. If your pendant becomes darkened or discolored, clean with a polish made for bronze. We suggest MAAS metal polish to restore the shine.

MORE CARE TIPS FOR CHAIN & PENDANTS

  • Certain chemicals found in hair/body products and cleaning products can affect jewelry. Even high quality jewelry should be taken care of!

  • Protect your jewelry by removing it before exercising, showering, cleaning or applying personal body products. Avoid contact with soaps, lotions, perfumes, makeup, hair or cleaning products, as these products may contain harsh chemicals.

  • Avoid wearing your jewelry in salt water and hot tubs. If your jewelry comes in contact with these products or conditions, follow the cleaning care instructions above.

  • Store your jewelry in a clean, dry place.

Body chemistry plays a part in how skin reacts to jewelry. Due to certain pH levels, jewelry can tarnish for some people and/or cause skin reactions.

Because our chain is gold filled (not gold plated) it should not tarnish (with proper care) or cause a reaction. However, if you have previously experienced a reaction to gold filled jewelry, avoid direct contact between jewelry and bare skin.
