We do not offer exchanges. However, we do welcome returns so you can re order the perfect piece! See return instructions below.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, we gladly accept returns (on unworn items) for full price merchandise ordered through our website up to 30 days after purchase.
Once an order is processed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. You may make a return after receiving your item(s). See link to form below.
Items returned must be unworn, with no sign of damage, and returned with verse tag / packaging. We reserve the right to return any worn or damaged jewelry to the sender.
If your item was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly about your return.
When a return form is submitted by the customer and received by Madison Sterling customer service, a return label will be emailed to the customer. Once we receive your return jewelry piece, we will issue a credit to your original form of payment.
Please allow 14 business days for your return or exchange to be fully processed.
Repairs / replacements :
If damage is due to faulty workmanship by Madison Sterling Jewelry, we will gladly replace the item within 90 days free of charge, with proof of purchase. For damage past 90 days, we will assess the issue. Depending on the issue, a fee may be applicable.
If damage is due to fault of customer, we are happy to repair the item for you! A fee will be applicable.
Repair work will not be performed until you have been advised of any applicable fees associated with the request & your payment has been processed.
Please allow a minimum of 30 days for your repairs to be completed.
