  2. Once submitted, we’ll review the needed repair and email an invoice for the repair fee. (See below for repair fees)

  3. Once the fee has been paid, we will email you a pre paid shipping label. Please ship the damaged piece within 7 business days.

  4. Once we receive your damaged jewelry piece, we will make the necessary repair and ship it back to you.

    Note - Please allow 14 business days once we receive your jewelry piece for the repair to be made.

Chain replacement - $30 Pendant polish / recoat - $20
