Replacement Request

Please follow these instructions -

  1. Fill out & submit the form below.

  2. When we receive your submitted form, we will email a pre paid return shipping label. Please ship the damaged piece within 7 business days.

  3. Once we receive your damaged jewelry piece, we will ship your replacement jewelry.

    Note - Please allow 14 business days once we receive your jewelry piece for the replacement to be shipped.
