Please follow these instructions -

Fill out & submit the Jewelry Repair form below.
When we receive your repair form, we will invoice you for the repair amount via Quickbooks.
Once the repair fee has been paid, we will email you a pre paid shipping label. Please ship the repair piece within 7 business days.
Once we receive your jewelry piece, we will proceed with the repair and ship the piece the back within 14 days.
